Welcome back to snowy Albany, Golden Knights! We hope you had a restful break. If Daylight Savings Time hasn’t messed you up too much (we’re a little out of it, too…don’t worry), take a sec to see what’s waiting for you in the week ahead.

P.S. Do you have any announcements or events to share with other students? Get the word out! Email your In the Know submissions to Sarah at heikkins@strose.edu by 5 p.m. Thursdays to be featured in the next edition.

We want to hear from you! We know the In the Know is everyone’s favorite weekly email, but we want to know why. Your feedback is super important, so we hope you’ll help us make your newsletter even better by taking this brief survey. P.S. It should only take you three minutes to finish it.

Hey, future presidents: This is your reminder that we have a new political communication minor! It combines core parts of political science and communication, and also allows students some flexibility in their coursework. It can be added by any major, and would be ideal for a student who wishes to focus on the role of communications in government and non-government agencies. Read more about it here.
