Lee Shaw Trio Performance
7:30 PM
This concert is the Trio's initial performance at The College of Saint Rose, celebrating the release of their new CD-DVD, Live in Graz. Last November, when the trio performed, live in Graz, Austria, the Austrian Broadcasting Company recorded the entire concert. The CD contains selections from that evening. Lee Shaw has been the leader of her own trio for 40 years. Now 82 years old, she feels that discovering her passion at age 5 and being able to learn and develop over these many years in an uninterrupted way has made her one of the most fortunate of people. The Lee Shaw Trio includes Rich Syracuse, bass, and Jeff Siegel, drums.
