WACWriting Across the Curriculum
NEXT COMMITTEE MEETING: What is WAC? WAC is a movement designed to emphasize writing in the various disciplines. It is based on the premise that writing is a mode of learning, and that through writing, we are able to gain an increased understanding about a subject. On The College of Saint Rose campus, the WAC Committee meets 3-4 times a semester to discuss writing related issues and activities to help both students and faculty. Please contact the WAC Committee Co-chairs if you are interested in being on the Committee. Faculty, staff, and administrators are welcome!
